Healthy Mac & Cheese for a fussy eater

Ingredients:
Whole-wheat Macaroni 500g
Ceddar Cheese grated 500g
Milk 500 ml
Egg x 3
Tin of chopped tomato – You can blend more so that there are no big pieces)
Baby marrow (peeled and finely chopped)
Diced bacon
Finely chopped Onion
Dried Organum (Optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Boil pasta until tender – while you prepare the sauce
Fry the bacon until crispy
Add onion and soften
Add chopped baby marrow and chopped tomato

Season

When pasta is ready rinse and pour into an oven safe dish
Add tomato mixture and cheese and mix though
Beat milk and eggs and pour over the pasta mix
Sprinkle cheese on top
Season with Organum
Bake in preheated oven on 180˚C until milk and egg mixture is cooked and your top layer is nice and brown
