Ingredients:
- Potato
- Cauliflower
- Butter
- Milk (warm milk in the microwave for 50 seconds)
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
- Boil potato until soft
- In another pot boil cauliflower (cooking time is much less that potatoes)
- Drain water from potatoes and cauliflower
- Mid potatoes and cauliflower together
- Add butter and milk
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mash until nice and smooth
Variation:
- Add less milk so that the mash is a thicker consistency
- Roll little balls dust with flower
- Fry in Canola oil until nice and crispy
