Ingredients:
- Mince
- Onion
- Carrots
- Celery
- Tomato Puree
- Tomato Paste
- Bolognaise mix
- Beef Stock
- Italian herbs
- Mixed Herbs
- Organum
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
- Chop onions, celery and carrots fine (in a electric chopper)
- Fry onions until soft
- Add mince and fry until all the liquid has evaporated
- Add Tomato puree, paste and Bolognaise mix
- Add Carrots and celery
- Add beef stock
- Add spices, salt and pepper (little salt as the stock is salty already)
- Let it simmer on low until veggies are soft
Serve with cauliflower pasta – they won’t know the difference
